, where we seek highly experienced and passionate educators to join us in our mission to provide exceptional and high-level training to prepare Niger’s - and the Sahel’s - most promising young leaders for ethical leadership. As a member of faculty, you will play a key role in driving academic excellence and outcomes in our liberal arts curriculum in the following key areas: Accounting & Finance, Law, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management. While this role is majorly academic-related, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our students in developing projects outside the classroom, thereby building their capacity for the evolving working environment. Also, you will play a key role in redefining our existing curriculum to fit with the existing realities of preparing our students to excel in the 21st century, and this will be achieved through collaborative efforts of our entire A.D.U. community. Full-time faculty roles are both home-based and in-person on A.D.U. campus in Niamey, Niger.

We are, however, aware that this mission requires the involvement of individuals and professionals who identify with our mission and who will like to pay it forward by volunteering up to 4-weeks of their time to teach courses at A.D.U. Our vision for this initiative is well captured by the African proverb which says – “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Our give-back faculty role provides a meaningful and exciting opportunity for you to engage with our young leaders – some of the very best in the Sahel, through academic and non-academic interactions. You will inspire our young leaders through your unique perspectives and experiences to enable them to thrive as emerging leaders and young professionals. Areas of teaching needs include Accounting & Finance, Law, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management. As a Faculty Associate, you will assist our teaching faculty and be the

While this role may be very intensive, you will have a first-hand experience on how to build and manage an engaging learning environment for students with high-level support and supervision from their assigned faculty. Areas of assistance to faculty and students include Accounting & Finance, Law, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management. This full-time opportunity can be carried out in-person at our campus in Niamey, Niger, or could be home-based, with a requirement of 10-months availability from a month before our academic year commences.
